Hey there, I'm Kassie Kilpatrick, the proud owner of Looking Glass Hair Design. I was born and raised in Idaho. I embarked on my cosmetology adventure at Paul Mitchell the School Boise, a pivotal step that ignited my passion for hairstyling. With over 15 years of experience behind the chair, I've honed my skills and embraced the world of hair with open arms. A licensed cosmetology instructor and a member of the Board of Cosmetology, I've dedicated myself to both my craft and my community. My pursuit of excellence has taken me far and wide. I've ventured to New York to train under the guidance of the esteemed Vivienne Mackinder, and I've frequented the vibrant city of Las Vegas for invaluable training sessions with top Paul Mitchell artists. A lover of all things color, I've also gained certification in multiple extension methods, allowing me to explore endless possibilities in hair design. Beyond the salon, I've built a rich life. Married for 25 years to my high school sweetheart, together we've nurtured my dream of Looking Glass Hair Design. Our journey is enriched by our two talented and hardworking young adult children, McKenzie and Zack . This past year marks a new chapter as we embrace empty nesthood, opening the door to new adventures. Away from the salon, you'll find me sipping cool drinks on bike rides along the greenbelt, the warmth of campfires, unleashing my creativity through crafting, cherishing moments with friends, and making conversation with most everyone I come in contact with. An adventurous spirit, I also find joy in cruising on my Harley alongside my husband and indulging in tropical getaways.

Hey! I'm Anna Cheré, an Idaho born potato who's returned to my roots after living in the South most of my life. With a love for all things hair and beauty, I've been a licensed cosmetologist since 2015, constantly expanding my knowledge and skills. In 2017, I took the bold step of opening my own salon, an adventure that taught me so much. When life changed for everyone, in 2020, I downsized to a more intimate space which allowed me to focus entirely on my craft and clients. I'm thrilled to be a part of the Looking Glass team, bringing my expertise to the beautiful state of Idaho. My specialization lies in Great Lengths keratin luxury extensions, blonding, custom color, and natural curly hair, ensuring a healthy and transformative experience for my clients. Outside of the salon, I'm a mega reader, a gamer & love being on the water. I am married to the man of my dreams and a proud mama of three fur babies. I'm known for my easygoing nature and strive to create an environment where my clients can truly be themselves and unwind. While at the salon, it's not just about the service, but the experience you have. I have a private room that allows for whatever type of atmosphere you desire. Born and raised in the charming town of Twin Falls, Idaho, my journey in the beauty industry has been a lifelong adventure. From the moment I graduated, I've been immersed in the world of hair for over 37 remarkable years. Following my education, I ventured to the sunny shores of California, where I had the privilege of enhancing my skills at the prestigious Vidal Sassoon Academy, training under the visionary himself, Vidal Sassoon. This invaluable experience shaped my expertise and laid the foundation for my career. With my newfound knowledge, I returned to Boise and began weaving my magic in the hair industry. Over the years, I've contributed my talents to multiple salons, soaking up wisdom from every corner and continuously evolving as a stylist. My passion lies in sharing my insights and learning from fellow stylists, a journey of growth that invigorates me. Whether it's sculpting the perfect haircut, crafting a breathtaking blowout, or captivating colors, I pour my heart into every creation. Creating a serene and comforting atmosphere for my clients is my priority. I believe that every appointment is an opportunity to provide not just a service, but a soothing experience that uplifts and rejuvenates. Beyond the salon, I find joy in the simple pleasures of life. I'm a culinary enthusiast, serenade the world with my singing, and unleash my energy on the dance floor. When I'm not wielding my shears, you'll find me exploring Idaho's natural wonders with my daughter, seeking inspiration in the beauty of the great outdoors. A true Idahoan at heart, I've embraced the spirit of this wild and scenic state as my own. I've been in the beauty biz for 42 fabulous years, owning two salons, a home salon, and leasing at nine salons—all in the Treasure Valley. I rocked the Boise chapter of the Idaho Cosmetology Association for five years and was a star member of Hair Idaho, teaching stylists across the state. I've hit up hair shows in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and Las Vegas, soaking up all the glam. Born and raised in Boise, I'm a true native! I was married for 37 wonderful years until my husband’s sudden passing in 2021. We raised three amazing kids, who are now living their best lives here in the Treasure Valley. My youngest daughter has three kiddos, with more on the horizon. I have a deep love for animals—dogs, cats, rats, bunnies, and even a couple of horses have been part of my menagerie. Our property in Valley County, transformed from raw land into a beautiful retreat, is my late husband's and my pride and joy. I hope to pass it on to my children for many more cherished memories. I adore making my clients feel fabulous and special. Some of my loyal clients have been with me for over 35 years! I specialize in precision haircuts, color, permanent waves, and hairstyling.
